Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational goals and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes within the SAP Plant Maintenance environment.
- Experience in documenting business process workflows and translating them into actionable implementation plans.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex process challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with change management principles to support smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
