Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot complex problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance analysis.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.
