Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration to maintain system stability and performance, while swiftly addressing any disruptions that may impact business continuity. The engineer plays a vital role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of complex software environments through diligent problem-solving and effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure components and protocols.
- Experience in monitoring and managing enterprise-level network environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and diagnose network-related issues.
- Skilled in coordinating with various technical teams to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
