Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation to guide the implementation of new processes and technologies. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively address operational challenges. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding and improving business workflows within a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Document and communicate process changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process architecture.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes effectively.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and use cases.
- Ability to conduct user and task analysis to understand business needs comprehensively.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
- Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
