Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges that impact project delivery and team productivity.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning among team members.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into clear, actionable software requirements.
- Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions and resolve ambiguities in requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
