Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and analyzing various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying and resolving issues that may impact system performance and availability. The engineer collaborates with different teams to ensure smooth operation and continuity of critical applications, often working under pressure to diagnose problems quickly and implement effective solutions. The position demands vigilance, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
a Responsible for capturing/measuring and analyze Site Performance using tool Dynatrace
b Design, configure, analyze, monitor, install, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot applications using APM tools.
b Provide solutions on application performance issues and share reports with relevant stakeholders
c Ready to work in multiple projects and provide solutions
Technical Experience :
A Experience with Dynatrace Tool and admin capabilities.
B Clear understanding of architectural concerns of a modern containerized, micro-service environment.
Professional Attributes : a Should have Good Communication Skill b Should have Good Analytical skills
Must Have Skills : Application Monitoring tools knowledge like Dynatrace
Good To Have Skills : Enterprise Management Tools knowledge
