Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. You will design solutions tailored to client needs, write and test code to ensure it meets quality standards, and perform ongoing maintenance and enhancements to improve application performance. Collaboration with different teams to align development efforts and address issues is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring that software components function seamlessly across multiple client environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to maintain delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong coding skills in Python with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting application issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Ability to design and implement software components that meet client requirements.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
