In Accenture, within the Strategy & Consulting – Global Network area, we work with leading global clients to design and implement strategies that drive transformation and sustainable growth. As part of our team, you will collaborate on projects that combine innovation, deep analysis, and strategic execution, helping organizations tackle their most complex challenges.
How will your everyday be?
As part of the Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) Industry practice, you’ll work with leading CPG clients across the globe across entire value chain. Our practitioners bring in right blend of strategic and operational experience and deep understanding of industry to help clients identify and address their greatest challenges in order to achieve maximum shareholder value.
We work with clients across multiple geographies and functional areas of Sales, Marketing, Digital, E-Commerce, Route to Market, Strategic Cost Reduction, Agribusiness, Process Transformation,e tc.
We also advise our clients in accelerating sales and profit growth, expanding into new markets / categories and achieve operational excellence. We combine deep industry experience with rigorous fact-based analysis and market-relevant insights to plan & execute strategies and achieve measurable results.

🏢 We have offices available in CABA, Córdoba, Mar del Plata, Rosario, Salta, and Mendoza! And if you’re located in other provinces, our positions are remote, so you can work from home! 🌎
Qualifications:
- 📊 At least 3–6 years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S, CPG, FMCG, Agribusiness) industry or consulting firms.
- 🧠 Experience in Analytics or Platform implementation (e.g: Salesforce) for leading CGS companies
- 🧭 Hands-on experience around the following business areas:
- Route-to-market & Route Optimization, Sales Processes and Retail Execution
- Outlet Segmentation, Churn, Cross-sell/Upsell
- Incentive Management
- Revenue Optimization (Pricing, Portfolio/Assortment, Promotion)
- Marketing Mix Modeling & Consumer Targeting
- 📈 Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing functions in the CPG context.
- 🧩 Basic knowledge of data maturity challenges and experience defining analytics operating models (KPI's, data sources, architecture, visualization).
- 🗣 Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- 🧑💻 Ability to work independently, solve problems, and drive outcomes.
- 🚀 Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
