About the role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery execution across multiple security and identity workstreams. This role focuses on enabling effective agile delivery, managing dependencies, and ensuring teams deliver against agreed outcomes while maintaining quality and pace.
You will work closely with technical leads and delivery stakeholders to coordinate work across streams and remove impediments.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Facilitating agile delivery ceremonies across multiple teams.
- Managing cross‑stream dependencies and delivery risks.
- Supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery forecasting.
- Removing impediments and enabling teams to deliver effectively.
- Providing transparency on delivery progress, risks, and issues.
- Supporting coordination between architecture leads, engineers, and testers.
- Promoting continuous improvement in delivery practices.
- Supporting governance and reporting requirements.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years’ experience in agile delivery or scrum master roles.
- Proven experience supporting complex, multi‑team technical deliveries.
- Strong understanding of software and platform delivery lifecycles.
- Ability to work confidently with senior technical and client stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
Security clearance
- Current Australian Government security clearance NV1
Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week
