You will manage team dynamics and contribute to innovative solutions that resonate across multiple teams. Your expertise in Stakeholder Management will shine as you help shape the future of technology education. We invite you to be part of this inspiring journey! Develop and enhance course content to ensure it meets the needs of learners. Design assessments and certification questions that accurately reflect learning objectives. Facilitate engaging training sessions that promote knowledge retention and application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Stakeholder Management. Intermediate proficiency in Instructor-Led Training. A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Advanced proficiency in Curriculum Development. Intermediate proficiency in Learning Management Systems. Expert proficiency in Adult Learning Principles. Intermediate proficiency in Performance Assessment. Advanced proficiency in Technology Integration in Education.
