Experience: min. 12 years in technology delivery and/or software engineering, including people leadership (team lead/manager) and leading multiple concurrent client projects/programs on Google Cloud.
• 5+ years architecting and leading GCP solution delivery
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) using Agile delivery practices; comfortable in client-facing delivery and stakeholder management.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Level 7 Manager who can lead and scale delivery of Google Cloud solutions for clients, with a strong focus on Customer 360, Contact Center transformation, and CCAI-based offerings. This role blends delivery leadership (multiple concurrent projects, governance, quality) with people leadership (coaching, performance, team health) and strong client engagement to shape roadmaps and ensure outcomes across design, build, and run.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple concurrent Google Cloud engagements with end‑to‑end ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder reporting.
• Own delivery governance for Customer 360 and Contact Center/CCAI programs from discovery and solutioning through production readiness.
• Provide architectural and technical leadership across full‑stack Google Cloud solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and standards‑aligned designs.
• Govern modern cloud engineering practices including IaC, CI/CD pipelines, container platforms (GKE), and platform engineering standards.
• Provide technical oversight for data, analytics, and AI solutions using BigQuery, Dataflow, Looker, Vertex AI, Gemini, and RAG, ensuring performance, cost, and responsible AI.
• Provide technical leadership for GCP cloud/contact center solutions (integrations/APIs, data patterns, security, observability) for scale and compliance.
• Oversee cloud security and SecOps architectures, including SIEM/SOAR integrations, enforcing security‑by‑design across applications and data platforms.
• Own API and integration architecture standards (e.g., event‑driven integrations, Apigee) to enable reusable and loosely coupled systems.
• Lead architectural governance for application and infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud‑native migrations and re‑platforming.
• Drive delivery quality through defined gates, secure SDLC practices, operational metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, leading workshops, managing trade‑offs, and handling escalations to ensure outcomes.
• Manage staffing, skills, utilization, and partners across engagements; lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Partner with sales and account teams to shape solutions, strengthen win‑to‑deliver handoffs, and scale repeatable Google Cloud offerings and accelerators.
• Design and build custom integrations for Google Workspace, using APIs and Google Apps Script to automate workflows and connect productivity tools with enterprise systems.
• Unify customer data on Google Cloud and leverage BigQuery and Vertex AI to drive predictive audience segmentation and hyper‑personalized marketing experiences across channels.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- 12+ years in client-facing technology, consulting, delivery, or practice leadership roles
- 5+ years delivering and/or leading Google Cloud (GCP) programs with measurable business outcomes
- Proven people leadership: performance management, coaching, hiring, and building leadership bench strength
- Strong portfolio/program management across multiple concurrent projects (scope, schedule, budget, risk, resourcing, governance)
- Domain depth in one or more: Customer 360, CCAI/Contact Center, Cloud modernization, Data & AI; plus, strong offering management mindset
