Analyst - Gen AI Implementation for R&C
Key Responsibilities
- Design new business processes aligned to customer requirements and strategic objectives
- Analyze current operational states to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement innovative solutions using established methods, tools, and Accenture assets
- Apply Agentic Design principles to create scalable, responsible, and intelligent operating models
- Implement programs and interventions that prepare organizations for change and adoption
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine processes, solve complex problems, and improve overall effectiveness
- Contribute insights and solutions during team discussions, helping address work-related challenges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant roles such as process design, AI-enabled transformation, or consulting
- Master proficiency in Agentic Design principles and application
- Expert proficiency in AI Hallucination Detection and Mitigation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in team environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Master proficiency in KYC Compliance
- Advanced proficiency in AI Prompting
- Advanced proficiency in Risk Management
- Intermediate proficiency in Process Improvement methodologies
- Intermediate proficiency in Change Management practices
