JOB DESCRIPTION:
Discover new opportunities to collaborate and contribute to important decisions while providing solutions that support multiple teams. You will engage with various groups and manage team efforts to perform effectively, fostering a collaborative environment. This role will involve sharing expertise in IT Infrastructure Operations to help guide and influence key outcomes. We invite you to bring your passion and insight to make a meaningful impact. Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements. Drive incident and outage resolution with clear communication to relevant stakeholders. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment promptly and efficiently. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies.
Required
- Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN networks.
- Knowledge of network security and high availability.
- Ability to lead complex troubleshooting.
- A minimum of 5 of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of studies.
Workplace - Nuevo Leon.
- English- Intermediate.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- ITIL Foundation / ITIL Managing Professional.
- CCNA / CCNP / equivalentes.
- Certificaciones de vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).
