The Clerical / Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a Permissions to Enter (PTE) program. The role involves handling incoming phone calls, managing shared email inboxes, conducting basic research, and supporting the program team with general administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations
- (Internal Title: Project Administration II)
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls related to the PTE program
- Monitor, organize, and respond to shared email inboxes
- Log inquiries, track follow-ups, and maintain program records
- Conduct basic research to support program activities
- Provide general administrative support to the program team
- Oversee general Project administration including but not limited to project documentation and filing, scanning, photocopying, arranging and organizing meetings and travel, and making arrangements for the conference room
- Review, prepare, proofread, edit, and issue letters, reports, transmittals, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc.
- Participate in, record, produce, and distribute meeting minutes as required
- Maintain and track project work for assigned team members
- Administer any hardcopy correspondence needs (mail, priority post, packages, courier services)
- Organize adequate supplies of office stationery, general office supplies, and other equipment

- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Administration or Administration
- Bilingual (English and French) – mandatory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone manner and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with email, word processing, and basic spreadsheets
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Registered for and actively seeking a Diploma in Business Administration or similar
- Skills and Competencies:
- Effective skills in MS Office
- Competent administrative and data accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information to and from all levels of management (written and verbal)
- Competent in identifying tasks and duties to take onboard to offload and support management
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
