What would you do? A suitable candidate will be responsible in creating the visual impact on various creative outlets that team operates in today. The candidate will be part of a team of UI / UX experts who would provide inputs to enhance the look, feel and user experience in some of the following platforms: Portals, Print, iPad Apps, Video, and Email design. Role Create compelling visual design and interaction design Strong understanding of design systems Strong interpersonal skills Use analytics to shape design recommendations Guide/mentor fellow designers Anticipate user needs, and suggest ways for the business to address them Must be comfortable presenting to other stakeholders, hammering out ideas with them, and helping them find better ways to do things. Participate in the design team’s process and decision-making including planning, prioritizing, and scheduling. Participate in sessions about conceptualizing the concepts and design thinking. Coordinate with client and internal stakeholders for project schedules, quality requirements Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies Thinks and Acts Decisively – The ability to anticipate issues and to proactively ensure that they do not materialize is required A process of enhancing user satisfaction with a product by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product. Understand the principles of User Experience (UX or UE), including understand perceptions of utility, ease of use, and efficiency.
What are we looking for? •Results orientation •Ability to work well in a team •Prioritization of workload •Ability to perform under pressure Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Design-related field or equivalent industry experience Senior Designer: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage) Designer: 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage) Jr Designer: 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX field of work (people management experience will be an added advantage) Proven experience in delivering design concepts, user journeys, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
