What would you do? Process Overview CRT group supports Global Claims by providing operations-related reports used by Senior Leadership team such as claims and financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis. The team generates reports and focuses on dashboard development, maintenance and fix using different business intelligence tools. Job Description • Generates & maintains claims and financial reports for Senior Leadership team • Develops dashboards and handles its maintenance and troubleshooting • Collaborate with Research & Development team • Create Dev documentation and standard operating procedures • Creates test script and peer review • Develop process improvements & applicable automations
What are we looking for? Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in any business or programming-related courses with at least 5 years of relevant work experience • Experience in reporting & analytics job that deals with data visualization, tools development & automation • Understands both front end and back-end systems • Ability to present data to management team and interpret reports • Proficiency in Excel, MS Access, VBA, SQL and Business Intelligence tools i.e. Cognos, • QlikView, Power BI, Tableau, Python • Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-company environment with numerous deadlines • Ability to document work in progress in accordance with applicable procedures. • Ability to approach work with precision and careful attention to requirements and procedures • Attentive to details, protocol, and accepted practices; thoroughly reviews work for accuracy and completeness • Has strong stakeholder management skills
