What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Performs specific analyses that help clients improve finance functions performance within the context of their organizations strategies.

"Role Overview The Senior Manager – Client Engagement is responsible for managing key client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful delivery of services. This role combines strategic account management with execution excellence to maximize client satisfaction and business outcomes." "Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for key clients Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction Manage escalations and resolve client issues proactively Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions Track account performance, revenue, and client KPIs"
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility • The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives • Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters • Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments • Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility • Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
