Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation Management of non-cash pay that represents ownership in a firm. This type of compensation can include, restricted stock and performance shares. Equity compensation allows the employees of the firm to share in the profits via appreciation and can encourage retention. What are we looking for? • 9+ years of experience in Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP) maintenance and participant data management (US region preferred) • The Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) recordkeeping operations, ensuring high-quality delivery across data management, enrollment, purchase processing, and reconciliation. The role requires strong functional expertise, team oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure adherence to SLAs, controls, and compliance standards while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. • Working knowledge of MS Access and advanced proficiency in MS Excel • Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives • Willingness to work in a 5-day workweek with rotational weekly offs Skillset: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field Skillset: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Good understanding of operational best practices, including quality control and process improvement • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Roles and Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: Operational Delivery & Oversight • Lead end-to-end ESPP recordkeeping operations including plan setup, enrollment, purchase processing, and reconciliation • Review and validate team outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to SLAs • Act as a point of escalation for complex transactions, discrepancies, and client queries Data Management & Governance • Ensure accurate processing of eligibility and demographic data with robust validation controls • Govern data quality, audit trails, and issue resolution frameworks • Drive adherence to data governance standards and mitigate data risks Enrollment & Participant Operations • Oversee enrollment setup, processing, and output delivery • Guide team in handling participant queries, exception management, and research requests • Ensure timely and accurate execution aligned with defined service levels Purchase, Allocation & Reconciliation • Supervise contribution processing, purchase execution, and reporting activities • Ensure reconciliation between recordkeeping and brokerage systems is accurate and timely • Review and resolve breaks, mismatches, and high-risk transactions Disposition & Cost Basis Management • Oversee disposition updates, cost basis accuracy, and lot-level reconciliations • Ensure discrepancies are investigated and resolved with appropriate approvals • Maintain compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements Compliance, Audit & Controls • Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and control frameworks • Support audit requirements (e.g., SOC 2) and ensure audit readiness • Review and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and control evidence Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Act as SME for ESPP processes and provide guidance/training to team members • Collaborate with internal teams (technology, client services, brokerage partners) • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on performance, risks, and improvements Continuous Improvement & Transformation • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities • Drive standardization, efficiency gains, and quality enhancements • Support transition, migration, and transformation initiatives • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
