What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Procure to Pay is the process of managing the entire purchasing cycle from ordering goods and services to making the final payment. It includes steps like requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate procurement and payment activities. This process helps in maintaining good supplier relationships and controlling costs. Effective Procure to Pay systems streamline operations and improve financial management. keyword includes:- ("Invoice Processing", "PO & Non PO","Vendor Payament","Master Data Managemet", "Vendor Management", "Accounts Payable") Refers to the systematic handling and management of incoming invoices within a business or organization. What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Procure To Pay, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or managing suppliers Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline • Masters Business Administration • Formal training and/or experience in strategic sourcing • Knowledge of Procure To Pay operations • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel) and presentation software (i.e. Microsoft PowerPoint) • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a wide range of suppliers • Ability to drive transformational change • Solid multi-phase project management skills • Strong ability to effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal clients • Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Work with Client Delivery to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual / service level obligations • Ensure that services are provided within assigned budgets and timelines; take action necessary to address any issues • Provide input to Accenture best practices • Develop and implement Procure To Pay operations practices specific to client need and Procure To Pay operations strategy • Implement and support enforcement of Procure To Pay operations processes • Actively monitor and communicate Procure To Pay operations performance, opportunities for improvement, leading practices, etc. for designated clients throughout contract term • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Procure To Pay operations • Identify process improvements, cost savings and initiatives, document and raise with line manager for approval, then complete relevant actions/project • Maximize performance across the Procure To Pay function Increasing spend transparency, compliance and control • Enable organizations to reduce their overall cost of acquiring goods and services
