What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Procure to Pay is the process of managing the entire purchasing cycle from ordering goods and services to making the final payment. It includes steps like requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment processing. The goal is to ensure efficient and accurate procurement and payment activities. This process helps in maintaining good supplier relationships and controlling costs. Roles and Responsibilities: •• Work with Client Delivery to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with contractual / service level obligations • Ensure that services are provided within assigned budgets and timelines; take action necessary to address any issues • Provide input to Accenture best practices • Develop and implement Procure To Pay operations practices specific to client need and Procure To Pay operations strategy • Implement and support enforcement of Procure To Pay operations processes • Actively monitor and communicate Procure To Pay operations performance, opportunities for improvement, leading practices, etc. for designated clients throughout contract term • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Procure To Pay operations • Identify process improvements, cost savings and initiatives, document and raise with line manager for approval, then complete relevant actions/project • Maximize performance across the Procure To Pay function Increasing spend transparency, compliance and control • Enable organizations to reduce their overall cost of acquiring goods and services
