Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving demands. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential throughout the development lifecycle to deliver reliable and efficient applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software design and development processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle CC&B modules to align with business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Oracle CC&B environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware solutions to connect Oracle CC&B with other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization strategies for Oracle CC&B applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
