Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the intended business requirements. The position demands proactive communication and problem-solving to guide the team and maintain alignment with project goals, while continuously adapting to evolving needs and challenges throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in managing and customizing Configure, Price, Quote solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce Conga CPQ implementations.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices for connecting Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
