As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, defining business solutions and structures, and developing a business case to achieve the vision. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead the development of innovative business strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Create and implement business plans to drive growth
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire PolicyCenter
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Project management and leadership skills
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in GuideWire PolicyCenter
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
- A 15 years full-time education is required
