Project Role Description : Creates production and non-production cloud environments using the proper software tools such as a platform for a project or product. Deploys the automation pipeline and automates environment creation and configuration.

Summary:
The Platforms team builds and supports the infrastructure and tooling that product teams depend on — Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, internal developer platforms. This role isn't here to execute that work manually.
You will orchestrate AI agents to do it. The vision is simple and ambitious: one strong engineer, equipped with the right agents and judgment, delivering end-to-end what would otherwise require a full team. Human coordination is expensive agents change that equation, and we're building around that reality now.
You'll engage with clients to understand requirements, use AI to turn them into structured specs, and drive implementations through to completion. What makes you valuable here isn't the code you write — it's your systems thinking, your judgment about what the agents produce, and your instinct to continuously improve your own process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Essential Solid IT fundamentals — networking, systems, APIs, cloud basics. Not an expert in everything, but these concepts shouldn't need explaining. Systems thinking, reasoning about how components interact, where things fail, and how to decompose complex problems into tractable ones. Daily, hands-on AI tool usage — not as a topic of interest, but as actual working practice. We'll ask what you used last week, specifically. Meta-judgment: the habit of questioning your own process, not just the task in front of you
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand environment requirements and deliver scalable cloud solutions.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability and security.
- Document environment configurations and automation processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in environment setup and automation tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language) GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, Azure, Python, Ansible. Experience in platform or DevOps environments. A formal technical background — valued for the mental models it builds, not as a filter in itself. Exposure to orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation tools.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with scripting and configuration management for environment provisioning.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud environments for performance and cost efficiency.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
