Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes creating detailed architectural plans, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into cloud environments, and overseeing the smooth transition of security operations to managed cloud services. The position requires continuous evaluation and documentation of security controls to maintain robust protection and support business performance goals within a dynamic cloud infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with business strategies and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and assess emerging security threats and recommend enhancements to the cloud security framework.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on security best practices.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent implementation across cloud environments.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
