Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their analytical capabilities and understanding of financial systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support organizational financial goals and operational improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic planning.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity within financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present financial information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with financial compliance standards and internal control frameworks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
