Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed align with organizational goals. Your role requires continuous engagement in refining application functionalities and adapting configurations to evolving requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with data modeling, security configurations, and performance optimization in Salesforce environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
