Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific phases within the product lifecycle. The role requires applying a broad understanding of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients, projects, or organizational entities. This position demands adaptability and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions align with project goals and client requirements, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement throughout the development cycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to maintain clarity and consistency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sitecore.
- Experience with Sitecore content management system architecture and customization.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and frameworks related to Sitecore.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues within Sitecore environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in integrating Sitecore with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Sitecore.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
