Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves providing expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that include multiple technology platforms. The role requires offering strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or functions, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful transformation initiatives and alignment with organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of technology strategies that align with enterprise objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and enterprise platform architectures.
- Experience in evaluating and recommending technology platforms based on business needs and cost efficiency.
- Ability to analyze complex technology environments and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Skilled in developing industry-specific technology solutions that drive business value.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
