Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls and delivery targets. Requires working with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to manage processes and resources effectively, ensuring that operations run smoothly to meet established cost, quality, and delivery targets. You will engage with individuals from development through implementation, fostering a cooperative environment that enhances efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience with resource allocation and scheduling tools.
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Familiarity with risk management practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
