Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires continuous interaction with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that applications are optimized and aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between teams to promote transparency and collaboration.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience in analyzing test results and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with integrating testing tools into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
