Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and creatively developing solutions that align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications are effectively integrated and optimized for performance, while continuously refining and adapting the software to meet evolving business demands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application stability.
- Document design specifications and application configurations for future reference.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Experience in customizing and configuring software applications to align with business processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
