Summary:
In the role of a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting features to enhance functionality, managing software releases to ensure smooth deployment, and maintaining system stability to provide reliable service. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration and continuous monitoring are key aspects of daily activities to uphold service quality and responsiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline release processes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mendix (Platform).
- Experience in application configuration and release management within low-code environments.
- Strong understanding of system integration using APIs and standard tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and support practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Mendix (Platform).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
