Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, translating those needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications developed align with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in problem-solving sessions, providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise, while continuously seeking ways to enhance application performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Excellence.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Proficient in software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
