Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage with team members to foster collaboration and ensure that all aspects of the project are progressing as planned, while also adapting to any changes that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and address any project challenges.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Process Coaching.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Scrum, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Process Coaching.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
