Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring system reliability, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to a seamless user experience and supporting the overall functionality of business applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system reliability and performance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies in application support.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
- Strong understanding of incident management and response processes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system health.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.
