Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves carefully examining current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This role requires working closely with various business users to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs thoroughly. Throughout the day, the focus is on developing strategies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the role includes designing mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and collecting feedback to ensure continuous refinement and adaptation of business processes over time, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement and collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of process improvements with organizational goals.
- Document and communicate process changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design principles.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of implemented changes and suggest further enhancements as needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Anaplan.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and redesign business processes effectively.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process designs.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to gather and validate process requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions and present process improvements clearly.
- Capability to design and implement continuous monitoring frameworks for process optimization.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Anaplan.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
