As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that address unique business requirements. The role includes enhancing existing system components and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving technologies and adapting solutions to meet dynamic project demands, fostering innovation and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Hadoop Administration, Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
- Experience with integrating databases and managing data persistence layers.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in distributed environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
