Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for various stakeholders. The position demands coordinating efforts across different teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. The engineer actively oversees the progress of development activities, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. Collaboration and leadership are key components throughout the workday, fostering a productive and innovative environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Java Enterprise Edition, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
