Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the specific needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Strong understanding of Oracle Applications Development.
- Experience with application configuration and support.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
