Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall testing framework by integrating advanced methodologies and tools that ensure higher accuracy and integrity. The position requires driving continuous improvements and fostering innovation in testing approaches, enabling the team to deliver predictive and intelligent solutions that elevate the quality standards across projects. Collaboration and strategic oversight are key elements throughout the day to maintain a robust and forward-thinking testing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to implement innovative testing strategies that enhance automation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and contribute effectively to project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with overall project timelines and quality expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience in integrating test automation tools with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex testing requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation execution and reporting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
