Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructures, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting processes and providing insights to improve operational efficiency, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud networking solutions.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.
