Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves providing expert guidance and leadership on critical initiatives throughout the systems development lifecycle. This role requires active involvement in high-impact projects, offering strategic advice to enhance the information technology function. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and drive meaningful improvements in technology processes and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve overall project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems integration and configuration within Oracle Financials.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Oracle Financials modules.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Financials solutions.
- Familiarity with system testing, validation, and deployment processes in Oracle Financials environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing financial processes through Oracle Financials.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
