Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Your role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications are effectively meeting user needs and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Node.js, React.js.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their integration.
- Experience in managing software releases and updates.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
