Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or client engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and provide a robust foundation for future growth and technological advancements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine and implement these solutions is an integral part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance network solutions.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols, security frameworks, and infrastructure components.
- Experience with network capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate network infrastructure with broader technology ecosystems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
