The role requires translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing operational models that support these changes. Additionally, the Business Architect plays a crucial role in supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches to business challenges.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Experience in designing and implementing business processes and operating models that support strategic objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Murex Datamart Reporting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
