Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable and efficient applications are central to daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and application deployment processes.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Japanese Language.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
