Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various environments. Your role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness in application usage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their integration with existing systems.
- Experience in managing application releases and updates effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
