As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence both client and organizational strategies. This role requires engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping solutions that align with best practices, and enhancing the overall reputation of the organization through thought leadership and trusted advisory. The position demands a proactive approach to driving change, collaborating across teams, and continuously evolving delivery methods to meet emerging business challenges and opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing expert guidance and addressing concerns promptly.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding modules to meet client needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams clearly and professionally.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
