Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that solutions are tailored effectively to support organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, developing application components, and refining functionalities to enhance overall system performance and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve efficiency and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of user interface design principles and responsive design.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
