As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with various teams to develop relevant course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessments and certification questions, ensuring that the training provided is aligned with industry standards and best practices. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the professional development of individuals, helping them to thrive in their careers and adapt to new technological advancements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of technology professionals.
- Collaborate with industry experts to ensure course content is up-to-date and relevant.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Technological Innovation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with emerging technologies and trends.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
- Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Technological Innovation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
